how we hold space

therapy & support for the high-functioning, high-achieving, and deeply feeling

at orenda psychotherapy, we offer therapy that's not just about surviving—it's about softening into wholeness. we hold space for women of color who show up for everyone else while quietly carrying the weight of their own pain. this is your space to release, reflect, and reclaim.

whether you’re navigating childhood trauma, burnout, identity exploration, or the constant tension between achievement and authenticity—you don’t have to do it alone.
